The Ministry shall guide the syndicates and employers unions in implementing the law, keeping records and financial books relevant to each, and remedying any shortage in data or records. The syndicates shall not: 1. Engage in political, religious and sectarian matters. 2. Invest money in financial, real-estate speculations, or other forms of speculations. 3. Accept gifts and donations without the approval of the Ministry.
